My philosophy towards personal care is that the whole body needs to be addressed in order to maintain good health and wellness. Along with being part of the stepping stones of Medical Doctors, Chiropractors and Physical Therapists, Massage Therapy is an integral and vital part of keeping your body in the best shape possible.
I have experience with Swedish, Deep Tissue, Trigger Point Therapy, Athletic Massage, Prenatal Massage and Connective Tissue work.
Also offering Mobile Massage: Pain relief in your own home.
